Was Thinking of joining your club so i can try some pike fishing and was wondering whats the favourite method amongst regulars and if anyone has tried for them on the fly rod..

Hi Tam,
I'm no pike fishing expert but I believe the most popular method is with dead bait, mackerel etc. Spinning is also used.
I know of one club member who regularly fly fishies from a float tube with some success. I think it would be more difficult from the bank.
The club has a boat on Castle Semple Loch available to all club members.
